Wendi Boudreau is the best! She was thorough and professional and great to work with. She sold my Aunt’s condo in Thousand Oaks, CA in a very short period of time. She was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times. Wendi was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable throughout the whole process. She really cared about us, understood our needs from the very first open house. She is also very creative by giving us ideas on how to better present the Condo to the buyers. She made what could have been a stressful and difficult process of selling a condo as seamless as could be. Considering we live 500 miles away from the house we are selling, and she took care of everything. I can’t describe highly enough of Wendi as our awesome real estate agent.
