I have worked with Wendell on three different occasions. Twice when he represented me as a selling agent and once when he represented me as a buying agent. I have had many dealings with realtors over the years and Wendell is the best I have ever worked with His response time is amazing, he actually works to get you the best price possible and always goes that extra mile.
