I was introduced to Wendell back in 2015 when I was moving and was looking for a house to purchase. Wendell made the whole process easy and fun. He showed us probably 20 + houses before we were able to find the one that was for us. He was super friendly and helpful making sure we got the best deal for our money. Roll forward 5 years and we had Wendell help us sell that same house. He made us fully aware of the current market conditions he made recommendations on the listing price to make sure we do not overprice it or leave money on the table at closing.
