Wenceslas was PHENOMENAL! He was VERY professional from start to finish. He was always available to show properties we were interested in within days of being notified. We went through quite a lengthy process from the day we signed the contract until the day we closed however Wenceslas was there every step of the way. The one thing we appreciated most was that he ALWAYS took our calls. As simple as it sounds that’s not very easy to come by when dealing with realtors. The cherry on top was the thoughtful gift given to us at closing by Wenceslas. We will be using him again for future properties and will absolutely recommend him to our friends and family.
