Wen took care of me through the sale of my house and purchase of a condo. She kept me informed of the market trends and advised me along the way on what I should do to maximize sale and reduce cost of buying. She negotiated strongly with the buyer's agent, and got me the price I wanted in the timeframe I needed. She told me which neighborhoods would provide me with the best investment if I bought a place there. She talked me through HOA fees and insurance and taxes. In the end I got a good price on the sale of my house and bought a condo I love in a great location downtown.

When it came time to make an offer, Wen did a great job of negotiating on our behalf and got us a great deal on our house. When issues came up during inspections, she helped a ton coordinating and communicating with the seller and contractors to get us quotes for repairs and negotiate for concessions. It always felt like she had our back. Overall, I'd highly recommend Wen, especially for first-time homebuyers. Whenever it's time to make our next home purchase we'll definitely work with her again!
