We couldn't be more satisfied with our experience working with Karen Gerber. We had only a few days to find a rental house for our family to move to the city. Karen called us to discuss our needs, the arranged showings next day. She had them in order and mapped out for efficiency. Once we find the house we wanted, she helped on application packet , the deal was finalized within a week. Duing this period , she let us know many things about real estate . She is fully bilingual and bi-cultural (proficient in both Chinese and English), knowledgeable, well-informed, attentive to detail, and very professional. Being my real estate agent, she was approachable, responsible, patient, very sensitive to my special needs, and always acted in my best interest.
