During my house hunting Wayne made everything so easy. He was very knowledgeable and great at negotiating with the seller of the property. He went above and beyond for me as his client and I am sooo happy I had the opportunity to work with him. Definitely one of the best and one last thing he works with you around your schedule and that is what I really loved. Even on Sundays.

Wayne didn't do much for my 1st time buying a home.He was always late to look at Holmes or at last minute cancel on you. Wayne didn't even find the house we bought another agent did and on top of that didn't even split the profit with the agent that found my house. When we did the inspection of the house the a/c worked but for some reason the gas was shut off so couldn't test the heater. He told me if the heater didn't work that the warranty would replace the whole unit well he lied so now I have to pay out of pocket to replace central air unit.
