After trying to purchase several houses from out of state with no success, we decided to hire an agent. So glad we found Wayne!! He was so helpful in explaining the process and setting everything up for inspections and walk throughs with our son ( since we live out of state). The companies he recommends for inspections, attorneys, loan officers are all of top quality. After the the first home we tried purchasing didn't work out (through no fault of ours) Wayne worked with the seller agent and attorneys to refund our inspection costs and started the house hunting process again. We found a new home with Wayne's help and able to purchase it for what we wanted. Wayne was excellent in communication and keeping us up to date with everything that was happening while we waited to close. Thanks Wayne you are the BEST!!!!
