From day one Wayne Tate was professional, timely and made it a point to know what we were looking for. After looking at the first property we wanted to see and realizing it wasn't quite what we wanted, Wayne took our concerns and gave us new options better suited for our needs. He was so in tune with what we wanted he sent us some of the same options we were planning to send to him!! Our process was so smooth we only spent two days looking at properties and went to closing in thirty days!! It was like a family affair!

Wayne was super great and stayed committed to helping us find our home without any extra pressure! It was an intense couple weeks but he worked with us every step of the way. Outstanding service and very accommodating. Wayne was available 24/7 when we needed him. He was always so positive when we were stressed and even got accepted 3 times. If I could give him 100 stars I would. Can’t go wrong with Wayne. He listens to what you want and makes it happen. He is also your one stop shop for anything you need, inspectors, loan officers, security systems, construction you name it he knows someone! Shows how well rounded he is!
