Wayne went above and beyond in selling my house. I had already moved out of the area so he checked on my house to make sure there were no problems. This also included keeping the pool filled and just making sure it was kept in good condition.
Wayne & Alice are the team that works together which benefits not only the buyer but the seller as well. They have the knowledge and expertise in the SWF area. Even after the closing they continue to assist their client (sellers) and also make themselves available to the buyers. After selling/buying several properties in the last few years, we realized they are the pro's!
