We were looking for a second home for vacations and to have something closer for family. I went into this thinking I wanted to do this on my own with Zillow and contacting listing agents. Boy was I wrong! We came from out of town and wanted to see as many houses as we could in a day and a half. After talking to one agent that was hesitant to showing us more than a few a day, Wayne took on the challenge with skill and organization. He mapped everything out and timed it perfectly. We stayed on schedule the entire day and he was quick to schedule new ones and re-visits on the second day. He was very knowledgeable in renovations and the areas of Detroit and surrounding suburbs. I am so glad we fell into his hands and couldn't have asked for a better agent.
