I will be a customer of Wayne Kohl's for life! I used him to sell my home and buy my condo and both experiences were seamless. You hear all the horror stories from homeowners now a days and none of that happened to me. Wayne explained everything in detail and his knowledge and years in the industry made the process amazing. He has a list of trades that he has used personally to make your experience even easier if you are needing an electrician, furnace specialist, locksmith, mover, lender, carpet cleaner, appliances, painter, etc. Wayne is one stop shopping!!!
