Wayne Hemmerich

My wife and I contacted Wayne about a property we saw on Zillow located in Florida. Since we live in Illinois, our response to any property cannot be as quick as a local person. As a result, the original property we contacted Wayne about was sold when we arrived for our meeting. Since that property was no longer available Wayne showed us a number of other properties in the same area. After seeing the originally interesting property, we saw that others were more suitable to our liking. During our tour of homes, one of the homeowners in the area recognized Wayne (who had sold them their home) and invited us in to see the layout and what they liked about the area. It was easy to see that the new homeowner had great respect for Wayne. I did not rate his negotiating skills simply because we did not get to that point in our home purchase process. When we resume our search, I will have Wayne be the person I deal with. He was not pushy, He was knowledgeable of the area, searched for what we were looking for and I believe he is honest and has integrity which is what we are seeking. Chuck and Sara from Illinois
