I would definitely recommend Wayne to anyone who is selling or buying a house. He kept me up to date on everything going on. He explained things that I needed to know and he answered all the questions I had. I'm so happy that he was my realtor.

Wayne was our agent for both the sale of our old home and our purchase of a new one. He was very personable and professional and did an excellent job handling communications for both transactions. He seems to have the knack for being direct, yet cordial in his dealings with others. We looked at a lot of homes before making our decision and he was very patient and helpful throughout the process. However, I think most of all we appreciated his honesty. Throughout both the sale and purchase transactions, we always felt that he put our interests first and that he communicated clearly and honestly with us.

We accepted an offer from someone who didn't qualify, who wanted us to wait weeks for their credit score to improve, and who wouldn't sign a release, which tied us up on the sale for several weeks. Wayne worked diligently for this release. The potential buyer backed out of the 2nd offer we accepted, so we immediately signed a release.
