Absolutely thrilled about the services provided by Wayne, took possession of a not so clean home with some TLC required and made it a hot home on zillow and redfin, took a total of 1 month from taking possession to close of escrow. I wish i could give a 10 star out of 5.

He eventually coached me and helped me secure a significant reduction on my down payment. Also, when I received a ridiculously low home appraisal Wayne jumped in to get the appraisal that the home deserved ($30k increase!). He helped save us and we couldn’t have navigated through this process without him. Overall, he’s very flexible and nice, and has the best overall customer service attitude I could’ve hoped for
