Wayne has a very calm presence that made it so easy to work with him. Because of certain circumstances we sold the house in Becket and bought a new home in town this year. We again used Wayne but this time it was to sell our home and purchase a new one. Again his calm manner kept us calm while he showed the house to a lot of people. Wayne was very enthusiastic about our home and was quite confident the right buyer would come along. And they did. If I ever have to sell our current home I would not hesitate to use Wayne as our realtor again. Wayne puts out 110% when it comes to helping his clients. You can’t ask for a better realtor.
