Wayne was very thorough and informative about every step of the process. He listened and understood my needs as a seller. Wayne was always available to contact and respond to the many questions I had being a first time seller. Wayne always presented information without making me feel any pressure, and I always felt comfortable making decisions, and that my decisions were respected. Wayne also involved himself with some special needs that arose during the selling process that were above and beyond what I would have expected. Wayne sold my property quickly and at the right price. I plan to ask Wayne to work with me again next time I have real estate needs, and would recommend him to anyone else as well.
