My wife and I made the right choice by having Wayne represent us in the sale of our home. Our home had a few building code corrections that needed to be corrected before the sale. Wayne quickly rolled up his sleeves, helped us hire the right contractors and coordinated the process of getting the building items corrected on our behalf. He also met with the city inspector for inspection and helped us obtain permit approval. Wayne went above and beyond the call of duty and provided us with excellent customer service.
