Before even commuting to buying a home Wayne sat with me and went over the process. As a first time buyer I was unsure of what was to come. Wayne not only educated me through the process but got me in touch with lenders, inspectors and others who would do the same through the entire process. While my seller was difficult, Wayne fought for me through the entire process. I highly recommend Wayne. He had nothing but my best interest at hand the entire time and has even answered questions since my closing.
