WayLynn, was an absolute STAR by any standard! She gave 1000% from day one from start to finish. Her work ethic, organizational skills, compassion, integrity, and exceptional professionalism let me know that she truly cares about her clients and her reputation, which is clearly seen in the quality of her work. I expect the very best from service providers, because I give my best, (even though they often do not perform even on a satisfactory level, sadly), and I can honestly say that WayLynn far exceeded even my expectations. My loan process was an absolute nightmare, due to the loan officer's lack of work ethic and various other issues. (The resulting delays could have been avoided had the loan officer approached his job more like WayLynn). HOWEVER, WayLynn did everything in her power to see to it that the issues that we faced were sorted out. Whenever I came to her with my concerns, she reached out to the appropriate people for clarification and or updates. WayLynn has a "Can Do" approach to any obstacles she faces and I honestly could not have made it through that horrendous process without her, in particular. Quite frankly, I would have walked away from my dream home with all of the unnecessary delays and procedural failures by the lender, had it not been for WayLynn's support and steadfastness. I can't say enough about WayLynn. I never felt alone in this process, thanks to her, and words can not express, my respect, appreciation and gratitude for her!
