Mr. Chavez is an exceptional realtor. He went above and beyond to help sell my home. I highly recommend him if you’re looking for someone who gets things done. He’s on top of everything, with outstanding communication skills. He explains every step clearly as he walks you through the process. He has a high level of integrity and does everything the right way. What impressed me most was that he went far beyond a typical realtor’s duties—even though I live out of state, he coordinated everything and handled the minor repairs before closing.
