Chris O'Morchoe is a great person and a excellent agent! As first-time buyers, the entire process felt a bit overwhelming and esoteric to us. We had worked with other agents in numerous areas, trying to find something a little unusual, with bad luck, poor experiences and dwindling hope. Chris went completely above and beyond to help us find the right home. He went considerably out of his area to find and tour the properties we were interested in. He was friendly, knowledgeable, honest and direct with us. Definitely the best experience we had! When we were ready to make an offer, Chris was attentive, reliable and – since we are quite new to this – able to explain every part of the process, as well answer every question we had. He got us exactly the price we wanted when there were competing offers. When the sellers caused unnecessary problems or other complications occurred, Chris was very quick to get things back on track. We closed on time and got the home we wanted at a great price! The sale ended up being a little more complicated than expected, which is why we feel we owe this man a debt of gratitude for holding it all together. We really couldn’t have done it without him. There are few people [in any profession] I’d recommend as highly. So, thank you Chris, you’re great at what you do and I’m glad we got to meet you.
