Warren Perez is a great person to work with. I never had to wait long for him to return a call. If I needed to go the house to check on something he was willing to meet me there and never kept me waiting. He never rushed me or made me feel like I was bothering him. He is a very patient person. I would gladly recommend Warren to my family and friends. We could not have asked for a better or more efficient agent to work with in getting our house.

Mr, Perez did an outstanding job with the sale of my property and he was very professional and he was always easy to contact and he helped me to understand what to expect each step of the way. He also had the signs up and showed my property when I didn't even know anyone was out that time of the night. that showed me he was really on the ball to sale it. then he called me and told me the next day we had an offer I couldn't believe it he also told me the price and it was good also so he came through with every thing he had told me and I couldn't have asked for anything better .so all I can say is he did a great job for me and when I buy my next property I will be calling him again to help me sale it because I like to buy them cheap and he is good at helping me sale them quick !! Warren did a great job of finding a house for my son. It wasn't an easy task since his price range was very low, and he needed something in a fairly small area. Warren took us only to homes that he felt would be a good fit, and he was a pleasure to work with. He always returned my messages and emails very quickly and was very courteous.
