Patience I had a lot of questions for Warren to get my house sold and he took the time to explain all of my questions. Professional He knew the answers to all my questions and I think there was one question he didn't know and he went and got the answer for me. Punctual He was always on time even if I wasn't he was there to wait for me and make sure we got the task taken care of.
