Ward is very respected and knows the area very well. He is very knowledgable about the entire home buying/selling process. Ward is very honest and straight forward. We used him for our first home purchase, and used him again for our second home purchase. Ward was always willing to get the questions we had answered in a timely manner. His knowledge and guidance through our first purchase as new homeowners made things so much easier for my wife and I.
