Wanda Sumner

Wanda is the best. After the passing of a close relative, my wife and I inherited the estate. We found Wanda while looking for land that we were planning on purchasing with the money from selling the house we inherited. Wanda has gone WAY above and beyond in helping us with everything. We were looking for very specific, very rural, land with many criteria in mind. Not only did she do Constant searching and research in finding us just what we wanted, she was on the ball and right with us every step of the way. Most of the land we were looking at was back out of the way, and being in the middle of winter, we weren't able to drive to it. Wanda went as far as trucking through the backroads trying to get to the lands with us, and when we couldn't drive to it, would even hike in with us to check it out. Once we found what we were looking for, she fought to get us the best deal on the land she could and made sure that all easements, mineral rights, water rights, and everything else we were concerned about were addressed and taken care of. From there on out everything was very easy and smooth. We are now selling our own house to be able to move to the land we purchased and, of course, are using Wanda as our listing agent. Once again, so far she has been extremely helpful and I'm sure she will throughout the process. We've used other agents in the passed, and I can honestly say, I wish we would have met Wanda sooner. She's been a life saver through all this.
