Wanda let us know what easy fixes would help us sell our home. She staged our home and took the photos that were shown on the internet profile of the house. She explained to us how we could close out our Comcast’s service and when to do it. She helped us with every little detail. She understood that we wanted to be in our new home by Christmas. She saw that took a lot of our time and energy. We didn’t want the house that Wanda sold for us to sit vacant over the winter. We moved into our new home December 4th. Settlement of our old home was December 6th!
