We started the search while overseas, never having set foot in Jacksonville, & Wanda's knowledge about the area as well as the current market conditions was invaluable. She worked to schedule over 30 house viewings in the 4 days I was in town from overseas and managed to add some fun to the exhausting days. Wanda was quick to respond in spite of our 6-hour time difference and was available for our inspection when we couldn't be there. She answered many questions and addressed concerns with ease. Exceptional realtor! I had Wanda as my realtor back in 2009 to help me find a home in Florida when I moved here from California due to a military transfer. She helped me find that home and in March 2010 I closed on the house of my dreams. Recently, due to changes in my life and me wanting to downsize my life, I contacted Wanda and asked her if she is still a realtor and she said yes. I told her that I wanted to sell my home that she helped me buy back in 2010. I asked her if she would be my realtor again and she said yes. Six very fast months after reconnecting with Wanda, my house was sold. Whatever Wanda told me to do I did. We put my house on the market on June 1, 2021 and by June 3, 2021 I had a buyer and we were starting the process to close the deal. On July 27, 2021 we closed on the sale of my house. Both of my experiences with Wanda were fantastic. She has become framily now. A friend who is like family. Her professionalism and personality are phenomenal. If you want a realtor you with over 20 years of experience, one who knows the business, one who will put you at ease and take GREAT care of you, then Wanda is your person. I highly recommend her for your buying or selling needs. Listen, she's successfully put up with me, TWICE, lol, so if she can deal with me twice she can take care of anyone.
