Wanda Abbott was extremely professional and knowledgeable she was able to negotiate seller repairs after seller refused to do repairs multiple times. Once my lending fell through because of repairs she was able to convince the seller give us 2 extensions while I found a new lender that can do the loan. She made the process so easy that all my home purchases in Sacramento is all hers.
