Walter helped me sell a home that I had under Power of Attorney. He was proactive in getting the Power of Attorney documents reviewed by and attorney well before the house was ready for market. The POA was then filed with the Hillsborough County Registry of Deeds prior to closing to make the closing run smooth. When it was time to sell, he had a good feel for the market in the zip code the house was in and trends in the market. We reached a target price and the house was under a signed Purchase and Sales agreement 3 or 4 days after it went on the market and the open house period. Thanks Walter!
