I couldn't be more happy with using Walt as my real estate agent for my recent sale. I live out of state, so everything was handled remotely. Walt took care of absolutely everything, provided sage counsel and advice, walked me through every part of the process, was able to get a final sale that was over asking, and generally was a absolute pleasure of a gentleman to deal with. I HIGHLY recommend him if you're looking for an agent and I myself will be using him again if/when I decide to sell my other house in the same area.
