Walt Richards did an amazing job selling my fathers house!!! He was so incredibly helpful when we started the whole process. He took the time to listen to all the things my father was hoping for and offered some incredibly insightful things that we could do to help the process. Walt gave my father plenty of notice before bringing people as well as scheduling plenty of open houses. Walt was relentless when the process of searching for the best fit as well as price were concerned when the offer process started (we got full price). My father was leaving to go back to Japan so he helped facilitate an escrow that worked out for him. Walt even went out of his way to help him find a place when his plans changed at the last minute. To say Walt is a good real estate agent would be a horrible disservice to Walt...Walt went above and beyond anything we could've hoped for or even dreamed of. The best way to conclude this would be to say I have referred everyone I could think of that was selling their home or buying a home to Walt. Thank you Walt for all you did for my father.
My fiancé and I used Walter to help us find and purchase our first home last year. It was a phenomenal experience! He took the time to really understand what we were looking for in a property and emailed us information on new properties becoming available as soon as he found them. We went and looked at homes with him on a few different occasions, and he was great about pointing out in the pros and cons of various locations.
