I want to start off by saying I am picky! I knew what I wanted. I knew what my non-negotiables where. I knew where I was willing to compromise and where I wasn't. We looked at A LOT of houses! I was already tired of house hunting, when my current house went under contract in under 48 hours! (Listed by Wally, of course!) That is when the pressure set in. Wally made sure he was available for me. I would watch the listing websites like a hawk. As soon as I saw something new, I would send him a link, and he would call me back within 30 minutes saying we have a showing set up. Most of the time, he was able to get me in to see the houses the same day! He found a listing that was a little outside of my original parameters, but it looked like it could work.
