Growing up in rural upstate New York, I spent weekends sketching floor plans for homes I imagined designing. I thought I’d become an architect, but what really pulled me in wasn’t the building—it was how people would live inside it. That early curiosity about design, life, and possibility became the foundation for my real estate career: helping clients imagine the life they want and then finding the space that makes it real.
I began my career in 2008 with Marcus & Millichap, first on the NNN team and later with the Senior Housing Sales Group as a Marketing and Transaction Coordinator, where I supported more than $1.5 billion in group sales. The experience taught me structure, precision, and how to communicate complex deals with clarity and purpose.
Since 2014, I’ve completed 200+ transactions totaling over $70 million in sales, focusing on Chicago’s lakefront neighborhoods and select suburbs. I work with first-time buyers, relocation clients adjusting to new jobs and cities, renters preparing for homeownership, and investors planning long-term growth—each with a different story and timeline.
What sets me apart:
I start with your story. Your move, your “why,” and what you need next. Every strategy builds around that vision.
I combine commercial-grade analysis with empathy for life transitions. My background helps clients balance financial logic with personal goals.
I bring a “city-to-the-burbs and back” mindset. I guide clients as they evolve through neighborhoods, lifestyle stages, and investment goals.
My approach is transparent, strategic, and long-term. Every recommendation aligns with your bigger plan—not just the next transaction.
Let’s build what comes next—together.
