I sought the help of Mr. Walid Ashoor for my first home purchase and I am so pleased I did. He has great knowledge of the DMV area, its market trends and the ups and downs of every neighborhood in DC, NoVA and MOCO. He was so persistent in providing me with all possible matches based on my criteria till we landed a good and suitable place. He also was instrumental in explaining all the hoops when it comes to the Bank mortgage process, seller negotiation, condo issue explanations and how it all fits together to mention he was so helpful with pretty much anything I threw his way.
