We were trying to sell by owner for a couple of months before Waldemar came to us, with an interested client at the time. We were hesitant to go with a realtor but decided to give him a shot since we didn’t have the time to put in to selling the house. We were amazed by the amount of clients he had come through and had several offers within the first week! The one we took didn’t work out, but we had another buyer by the very next week and we just closed on the house a couple days ago. Waldemar spent a lot of time advertising and showing the house and was awesome at keeping in touch with us every step of the way! He even came by after the closing to thank us for letting him represent us. We highly recommend him, he was great, and in the end, we feel like we made a friend!!
