I closed a vacation home in Davenport in April 2021 and Wagner was my agent. He is very knowledgeable, humble, very patient, friendly, very quick to respond, and a very trustworthy person. He was easily accessible and available even late evening for discussions which was important to me. Overall a great guy! He also hooked me up with a local mortgage agent who was great.
