With apologies to all my other friends who are realtors, I can honestly say that we will never call anyone but Wafiq from now on as he has ruined us for everyone else. He has helped us with both a home purchase and a home sale, and I don't have enough good things to say about him. Wafiq is extremely knowledgeable about the Austin market, and works tirelessly on behalf of his clients. He is extremely responsive and will quickly find the answer to any possible question. He is the best communicator - you will never have to wonder what is going on with your listing because he will keep you updated at every step. We feel extremely lucky to have met Wafiq and consider him as not just our realtor but our friend. You can't go wrong with Wafiq!
