Waafa Diab had a strong knowledge of the market and used her experience and professionalism to develop a sales strategy that had maximum results. it was obvious to me that she had a wealth of experience as an agent. But other than being a top notch successful sales professional, I honestly enjoyed her warm personality and humor. It was so easy to work with her over the last several weeks. She made it fun. I cannot discount these qualities in a person who initially was a complete stranger and now I consider her a friend. Waafa has high integrity. Not everyone has that quality. I would recommend her to anyone selling their house. As discussed, Waafa Diab is my agent for life.
