We were extremely happy with Wael's responsiveness and professionalism. With the housing market being very hot (and many properties getting multiple offers) while we were looking; getting in to see properties as soon as they came on the market was extremely important to us. Wael always managed to get us in to see a property either the same day we called, or the following day at the latest. We were extremely happy with his responsiveness and would happily use him again.
