If I had a home to sell - I would certainly list again with Wade. Wade handled all aspects of my transaction with a great level of professionalism and expertise. As a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker myself, when it came time to sell my personal home after relocating to the Tampa area; I wanted a real estate professional that I could trust and make things happen to affect a sale.
