Wade has the ability, understanding, and patience to work with a seller, whom is also in the market to purchase a home. Negotiates the sale and purchase very well. He is willing to meet and learn about you and your housing needs without being a snob. Will select him as my Real Estate Agent again. Also, happy to refer him to other persons looking for an agent.
