"It took us a long time 2-3 months to get packed & out of our very cluttered home. Once we were out Wade had a buyer lined up to show the house to & we had an offer in one day. Fabulous! Getting the house sold with a 3 week closing date was a huge relief as we had purchased our new home as a cash deal so it it was great to be able to replace that money in our "rainy day" account ASAP!"
