"To start I began with another company to sell my previous house. They wanted me to list my house the way it sets and told me I could probably get a certain amount for it. I wanted more and knew I could get more but they didn’t care to help me get more and just wanted to get it listed asap. I decided to switch to wade and he gave me tips to get top dollar and helped me do so. He helped me get $20,000 more than the previous company was quoting for my home and it sold almost instantly. We had trouble with the carpet company putting carpet into the house we were selling they wanted trim work done before the install. Wade made 1 phone call and they called back and said never mind we will do what you want.a few months later he helped us purchase 2 properties and get a great deal all together. Very professional. Answers quickly. Keeps you in the loop. Provides knowledgeable advice and knows a guy for everything. Couldn’t have picked a better realtor.
