Scott and his team did a great job of selling a property that I owned. I worked directly with Scott and Kristen Cartwright. Scott knows the local market well and his listing price recommendation was exactly where it needed to be. I was very happy with the marketing package and it did a nice job of presenting the property to buyers and generating interest and walk thru's. I was informed of potential buyer questions, comments, and feedback after walk thru's. I accepted an offer with an aggressive closing date.
