Vrej is simply the best real estate agent I could have hoped for, and here is why: I had been told that my situation had no good solution by lawyers, apartment associations, city officials and other real estate agents. There was simply no way to get around it: I was stuck for at least another year, maybe years, with my property (due to recent LA County laws, nothing but scorched earth scenarios were being foreseen, with no winners.) Then I called Vrej, and exactly 24 days(!) later everyone had everything they wanted, and more. Like a fairy tale, “there was and there was not” many complications I faced. I tried, but could not sort them all out by myself. I had been looking for a win/win situation for my tenant and I for 2.5 years, to no avail (due to laws & HOA regulations). Vrej took all the info, deciphered the situation, and found the solution within DAYS. 1st, he navigated the HOA rules and regulations. 2nd, he found investors willing to take on a tenant and leave him in place (not an easy task!). 3rd, he counseled with integrity and intelligence. 4th, the sale closed precisely as planned. All done with 100% satisfaction within 3 weeks. Every text, email, phone message responded to. Every question answered. In this current climate of government over reach and fake news, Vrej Doumanian simply provided solutions for everyone involved. Tenant/Buyer/Seller all happy. How often does THAT happen? Plus, he is the the most optimistic, fun, and professional agent a seller/buyer/(tenant) could ever be lucky enough to work with - So it’s no surprise to find out he’s also a trained musician! In this current housing crisis, it is good to know buyers/sellers have someone to turn to: Vrej Doumanian. (he is as awesome as his name sounds!!)
The response time with Vrej was so quick. He never made us feel like we were interrupting his day or an inconvenience anytime we had any questions. He was so easy to work with. Vrej is very honest, responsive and professional! I would highly recommend him to all my family and friends. Now a days there aren't very honest Real Estate Agents & only go after the bag. Vrej, is the total opposite of that and helped my Aunt sell her apartment. I love that he Speaks Spanish and was able to communicate with my Mom and Aunt.
