I have used Vivienne Rose twice now and both...

I have used Vivienne Rose twice now and both times she made the experience seemless and worry free. She made me feel as if I was her only client. She is knowledgeable and does her research so you don't waste valuable time finding properties. She listens to you so she understands what you are looking for. I would definitely use her services again

I went to an open house on 9807 s. Longwood...

I went to an open house on 9807 s. Longwood today, and even though the house was lovely and in my price range, I left out disgusted. I was never asked if I was pre approved, and didn't receive any literature on the property. There was a couple there before us. I think she believed she had a better chance with them then me. See, I was wearing sweats . I couldn't possibly afford this home. We were followed and asked to not touch the walls. I believe if the couple before us had kids with them, wall touching wouldn't be a problem. I didn't get a chance to finish inspecting the basement. Ms. Taylor opened the back door to show us the yard. Before I even tried to come back in and ask about putting in a bid, Ms. Taylor asked me to leave. Now, I would hate to think that she had a problem with my attire, or that she didn't think a woman with children could afford that home. And I surely don't want to think that it's a race issue. Ms. Taylor and I are of the same race. But if any of these things were an issue for her, she should be shamed. In my line of business we work hard, save our money, and we look to buy beautiful homes in peaceful neighborhoods. I'm sorry that I don't wear my money. I believe in investing in my family and future. I would never use Ms. Taylor as an agent. She doesn't deserve my money
