Vivie helped us purchase a house, while we were still living outside the US. Obviously, there's a lot that can go wrong in such a situation. But I can't say enough great things about Vivie. We'd never have come out the other side as well as we did, without her valuable experience, extensive knowledge, and proactive, thorough approach. Vivie is that realtor who reads all the docs and then some, before she ever shows up to walk you through a house. She always does her research, getting as much info on a property as possible. And has answers for questions you haven't asked yet, but were gearing up to :) These qualities make Vivie a very effective negotiator, and a realtor you can trust to represent your interests competently. On top of her professional skills, she is also wonderfully responsive and pleasant to work with. We feel very lucky to have found Vivie. It was a very good experience for us.

"The sale of a house is never easy or stress free but Vivie made the entire process as simple, frustration free, and pleasurable as possible. Her advice with staging as well as the work needed around the house prior to listing was spot on. I feel as though the items I completed, based on her guidance, maximized the value of my house while minimizing the time and money placed into it. Additionally, I feel as though her guidance pertaining to the listing price was well founded (based on the competitive properties in the area) and accounted for my desire to sell the property for best possible price while not letting it sit on the market for an extended period of time.
