Viviana handled pretty much everything along the way with selling my condo. I'm not sure what realtors are normally expected to do, but I feel like she went above and beyond to help me. She even helped me take out some trash and bring some things to Goodwill because I'm disabled and was struggling to do it myself. Any time I had a question, she responded promptly, and if she didn't already have the answer, she would find it quickly. And I feel like I got a good price on the condo once it had sold. Overall, I'm very grateful that Viviana made the process so easy.

My wife and I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Vivianna. I have never had any major issues with Viviana (or her employees) I'm in love with the house she helped me purchase , any/and all of the issues I have had , have had nothing to do with her and are not her responsibility but she has still done her level best to attempt to resolve any post purchase issues that she could , I will continue to keep her posted and use her for advice and potential sales/purchases in the future. Being a realtor is not always a pleasurable occupation and I'm quite demanding , but I'm glad I had Viviana there to advise.
