Viviana helped me and my fiancée find and purchase our first home. She was always available, even when we had to close the deal on a holiday weekend. She was able to assist us with the financing process and recommend key people to help us with the purchase. From Handyman, Insurance, Contractors, Brokers...you name it, she was able to refer or advise. Our purchase was difficult because of the loan process and if it would not have been for Viviana's upbeat, energetic and positive personality, we may have given up and pulled out of our purchase...but she helped guide our course and my family is in a very nice home in a great neighborhood that we are all very happy with.
